Through a participatory approach, in an Action Research format, we carry out the diagnosis together with an influential group of employees. With this, we identified needs for adjustments and directions, proposing an action plan, with direct alignment with the Board of Directors, Internal Communication and the MKT team.
Then we follow up and support the implementation, with actions together with the leaders.
